In January 2025, Cnix prepared its Digital Twin product. This system enables the easy creation of simulators for equipment and processes in the critical field of simulation, the core of Digital Twin technology. It also allows seamless integration with visualization tools and external systems.

The simulator for Digital Twin is developed on Cnix’s Data Service Platform by leveraging data stored in the DAQ system and applying AI to learn equipment or process data. It is designed to integrate easily with customers’ HMI systems and external solutions with powerful visualization capabilities through industry-standard protocols. The ultra-fast data collection and storage capabilities of Cnix’s Data Service Platform serve as the foundational platform for creating simulators for equipment and processes within the Digital Twin system.
The simulators created in this manner can be highly beneficial in the following scenarios:
1. Engineer Training: They provide a virtual environment that closely mimics real-world conditions, making them suitable for engineer training purposes.
2. Testing New Processes: When introducing new processes, they allow testing in a virtual environment instead of disrupting the ongoing production process.
3. Problem Analysis: In case of issues in the process, they enable root cause analysis without halting production.
4. AI Model Utilization: The developed AI models can be used in any visualization system that supports industry-standard open interfaces (ModbusTCP).
We hope that Cnix’s Digital Twin can contribute to the development of carbon reduction processes. For a detailed demo, please visit [here].
