The data integration in big systems is usually done on RDB(Ration Database) such as MySQL, Oracle, MS SQL and so on. For example, the integrated data platforms for smart city are being built on such rational databases.
But this is not enough for the smart city which Cnix is thinking (Ref. VOL.TECH.EN 0002) because RDB can’t assure the data integrity in the sides of multiple smart city services that would access same data with different data scanning algorithm from each other. It means that RDB system can’t link signals from different kinds of facilities in realtime and provide live data to smart city services. In case of electric power data, its data updating interval is too short for RDB to satisfy the requirement of smart city in view of data integrity.

The way that Data Service Platform of Cnix solved this out is to synchronize all data from facilities in the city on time-domain, archive and serve them to smart city services. It makes all public services for smart city synchronized with all data automatically and give the required conditions by which they can do feedback control. The assured data integrity is the mandatory condition for smart city, and the first job which should be done before attaching public services.
